Ta vrhunska mešanica vsebuje več kot 80 % enosladnega vina Bushmills, starega od 7 do 9 let (večinoma staranega v sodih iz španskega hrasta, ki vsebujejo sherry Oloroso).
Zelo irski viski z izjemnim razmerjem med kakovostjo in ceno.
OKUSNE OPOMBE
Vonj: Dišeč in poln, zelo parfumiran boisé (chêne, vanille) in saden (fruits rouges, fruits secs, Sherry), à l'aération, note de caramel et de praliné, voire des notes de torréfaction (café).
Okus : Je zelo pikantna in gurmanska, z notami trave beurre in karamele, sadnimi notami rozin secs in citrona confit. Elle évolue sur l'orge maltée et la rose (loukoum).
Splošno: dolga in sèche, sur les épices.
