Molasses rum, distilled at 95%. The molasses matures for 36 hours before distillation. 

The white alcohol is then reduced to 60%, blended and stored in port barrels, which gradually creates its natural taste and at the same time eliminates the bitterness otherwise typical of maturing alcohol. 

In less than a year, the process of color stabilization is complete. 

Due to its maturation process, some deposits may be present in the bottle.
