Cihuatán is a sacred land that still hides undiscovered pyramids and secrets of the Mayan civilization — inspired by the legacy of the ancestors this rum was created.
Obsidian is a naturally occurring type of rock that is formed by the rapid cooling of lava.
This type of rock was sacred to the Mayas. They believed that the obsidian was a gift from the underworld, a gift from the gods of Xibalbá — Xibalbá also means translated «place of fear».
Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Soft, complex aromas, tropical fruit.
Flavour: tropical fruit, sugar cane, spices.
Finish: Long lasting.
