The Clément Rhum Chauffe Extrême Single Batch was produced at the distillery du Simon in Martinique. The distillation is made from sugar cane juice, which is followed by 5 years of aging in American oak barrels.

Limited to 12,000 bottles worldwide.

Tasting notes:

Color: Amber.
Nose: Floral, fruity, fresh, mild.
Taste: Round, notes of wood, vanilla, honey, figs and dates.
Finish: Long lasting.

This Clément is excellent for making cocktails, punch and long drinks.
