Dellavalle's Piedmont Grappas from the 'Villa Isa' product line give an overview of the viticulture and wine production in Piedmont.
The marcs are distilled separately in small stills by an inactive process, this process guarantees a "gentle" treatment of the marc, so that the original flowers are preserved.
The refinement takes place in stainless steel barrels and for 12/18 months in oak barrels.
