This rum from Mauritius is a blend of really old rums.
It is matured in oak barrels which were previously used for wines of the Grand Cru class Château Pape Clément, Bordeaux in France.

Colour: Rich gold with mahogany accents.
Nose: Toasted toffee, red berries, vanilla, oak, ripe fruit, hints of spicy wood, old leather.
Taste: Deep, soft, spicy, sweet, oak aromas, sweet berries.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet.
