This Pedro Ximénez has an intense mahogany color and a tremendously aromatic nose, with notes of raisined fruits. Very sweet, velvety, enveloping palate with an outstanding balance between acidity and sugar.
Natural sweet wine from Pedro Ximénez grapes previously sun-dried, oxidatively aged and aged for 30 years using the traditional solera and criaderas system.
