DESCRIPTION
G’Vine Gin de France Floraison is made exclusively from the Ungi Blanc grape. The flowers of the grape give it its particularly intense floral aroma.
The flowering of the Ugni Blanc vine appears in mid-June for only a few days and is carefully selected by hand during this time.
Floraison' is the 'flowering period'.
Botanicals: nutmeg, cubeb pepper, ginger roots, liquorice, juniper berries, vine blossoms, limes, coriander, green cardamom, cassia bark.
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Clean, slightly sweet, notes of ginger.
Taste: Soft, floral, notes of juniper, ginger.
Finish: Long lasting, slightly dry.
Best enjoyed as Gin & Tonic or as a summer cocktail!
