The winery is located in Oggau on Lake Neusiedl and covers 20 hectares. Hannes Haiden took over the business from his parents in 1995. His vineyards are located in Oggau, St. Georgen, Trausdorf, St. Magarethen and Rust.

The red wine matures for 4-5 months in chestnut barrels until it is bottled.

Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red in the glass. On the nose of dark berries as well as spicy hints. On the palate light blackberry aromas and wood notes. Light tannins enrich the taste on the palate. Long rich finish.

Soil: gravel, brown earth, sandy limestone.
Aging: 5 months in chestnut wood barrels.
Acidity: 4,9 g/l.
Residual sugar: 2 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
