The distillery attaches great importance to sustainability.
Therefore, the manufactory produces its whiskies through its own power generation from solar cells, energy recovery and recycles the production waste as energy-neutral and sustainable as possible.
The Hellinger 42 whiskies are distilled there in a wide variety of barrels.

The Hellinger 42 Saxon Single Malt Whisky matures in American bourbon barrels.

Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Fruity, notes of fruit, apples, peaches, vanilla, honey, malt, aged white wine.
Taste: Mild, harmonious, spicy, notes of vanilla, peaches, coconuts, toffee, colored pepper.
Finish: Long lasting, vanilla, wood, toffee.
