The distillery is located south of Belfast in Ballynahinch.
Ballynahinch means translated «city of the island».
Besides Irish Hinch Whiskey the distillery also produces gin called Ninth Wave.

Nose: Piquant aromas, herbs, biscuits.
Flavour: fruity, slightly acidic notes, creamy, oats, spices, herbs.
