The Kinahan's Kasc Project Whiskey ventures an experiment into as yet unexplored areas of whiskey production.
So-called hybrid casks are used in this extraordinary project.
Five casks of different and carefully selected wood species come together and form an important pioneering project in whisky production.

Nose: tropical fruits, plums, pears, apples, caramel, aromas of spices.
Taste: Dried and tropical fruits, raisins, figs, vanilla, caramel, chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting, spices, citrus fruit.
