Kracher Spätlese Cuvée 2020 9% Vol. 0,375l

The Kracher winery is located in Burgenland, in the Seewinkel region. The family business, which is under the management of Gerhard Kracher, specializes in sweet wines such as Beerenauslesen, Trockenbeerenauslesen and ice wines. In the vineyards are grown Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Traminer, Scheurebe, Muskat-Ottonel and also Zweigelt grapes. Due to the excellent climate and soil conditions, the harvest is always first class.

Tasting notes:

Greenish yellow in the glass. On the nose of exotic fruits. On the palate, a creamy structure with aromas of yellow fruits. Well integrated acidity and long lasting finish.

Grape varieties: 45% Pinot Blanc, 45% Chardonnay, 10% Welschriesling.

Aging: 5 months in steel tank.

Residual sugar: 85.6 g/l.

Acidity: 7.1 g/l.

Drinking temperature: 10-12 °C.

This wine is excellent as an aperitif and goes very well with Asian dishes with a slight spiciness, grilled vegetables and mild hard cheeses.
