Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red color in the glass. Very elegant nose of ripe red fruit with subtle spicy notes. On the palate balanced, intense, toasted wood and fruity of cherries and cranberries. Long lasting and powerful finish.

Grape variety: Sangiovese.
Aging: 24 months in barrique and large wooden barrels.
Drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
Aging potential: Until 2030.

This wine goes very well with veal.
