Mellow Corn Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey is a real rarity among American whiskeys. It belongs to the rare category of straight corn whiskeys, which must contain at least 81% corn in the mash. Produced by the Heaven Hill Distillery, Mellow Corn offers a mild, sweet yet powerful taste experience with an alcohol content of 50% by volume (100 proof).

A special feature of this whiskey is its maturation for four years in used ex-bourbon barrels, which gives it a softer wood note than classic bourbons stored in new barrels. This preserves the natural sweetness of the corn and brings out soft vanilla and caramel flavors. Its distinctive yellow label design makes it instantly recognizable, and its unique profile clearly sets it apart from bourbon or rye whiskey.
