The Penfolds BIN 707 Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a masterpiece of Australian winemaking and ranks among the most exclusive and sought-after Cabernet Sauvignons worldwide. After selective harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are gently processed, fermented in small wooden vats, and then aged for 20 months in new American oak barrels. Taster's note

A deep, opaque purplish-red with a dark core. The nose unfolds with complex aromas of blackcurrants, blueberries, coffee, and mocha, underpinned by mineral notes and subtle oak. On the palate, the wine is dry, powerful, and multi-layered, with concentrated fruit, precise acidity, and a velvety tannin structure. The finish is long, concentrated, and characterized by elegant spice – a red wine with impressive depth and aging potential.

Ideally served at 15–18 °C.
