The production of this unique rum begins in Guatemala, where it is made from molasses and undergoes a three-day fermentation process. It is then matured for a further 12 months in ex-cognac barrels made from French oak in France to give it even more depth and elegance. Its final 11-month finish in Moscatel wine barrels provides a special fruity sweetness and a harmoniously rounded taste profile.
