The Pol Roger Champagne Rich Demi Sec is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. The Pinot Noir grapes come from the vineyards around Montagne de Reims, the Pinot Meunier grapes from Vallée de la Marne and Epernay and the Chardonnay grapes from Epernay and Côte des Blancs.

The champagne is bottled in an elegant bottle after 4 years of ageing in the cellar.

Tasting notes:

Golden yellow with a copper shimmer in the glass. A clear and elegant fragrance on the nose, sweet and spicy, of dried fruits, wood notes. Complex and intense on the palate, sweet, spicy and soft flavours. Long lasting in the finish.
