Producer Deluxe Disc Tail Bar Spoon

The Deluxe Disc Tail bar spoon is a handy tool for professional bars and ambitious home bartenders alike. Its elegant look, spiral shaft and flat disc at the end make it well suited to stirring, layering and measuring out long drinks and cocktails of all kinds.

Made from high-quality stainless steel, the spoon is durable, resists corrosion and feels comfortable in the hand. The spiral-shaped shaft allows controlled stirring and helps keep liquid from spilling out of the glass.

The flat disc, which gives the spoon its Disc Tail name, can be used to muddle light ingredients or to pour liquids slowly over the back of the spoon for decorative layered drinks. At 280 mm long, it reaches easily into deeper glasses and mixing glasses, combining style with practical function for skilful preparation and attractive presentation.
