Rhum J.M Agricole Hors D’Age 21 Years Old 1999 is a single cask rhum agricole from Rhum J.M in Martinique, selected by and exclusively bottled for Kirsch Import. 

Rhum agricole is a style of rum that is primarily produced in the French Caribbean islands. 

While most rums are distilled from fermented molasses, rhum agricole is made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice, resulting in a spirit with more earthy and grassy flavours. 

Bourbon barrel #180007 was laid down in December 1999 and aged for 21 years. 

In May 2021, it yielded 369 bottles at 43.6%. 

Rhum J.M Agricole Hors D’Age 21 Years Old 1999 is a spicy rhum agricole with notes of nutmeg, cloves, toasted vanilla bean and blonde tobacco leaf.
