Perfect balance of taste.
It is said that the older the rum and the longer it matures in oak barrels, the more its aroma and taste reflect the characteristics of the barrel in which it matures. However, Quorhum 30 Aniversario, which forms a blend of rums up to the age of twenty-three, is an exception to the rule.

Its aroma is pleasantly spicy, with hints of vanilla, raisins and caramel. Nothing has the upper hand, nothing dominates, the scent is perfectly balanced and the woodiness is minimal in it. In the taste, woodiness is then in balance with sweetness.

The taste is full and on the tongue it refers to almonds, honey and apricots. 
The conclusion is slightly spicy. Quorhum 30 Aniversario rum is thus completely ranked among modern rums.

Tasting notes

Color: Deep mahogany.

Aroma: Brown sugar, vanilla, dark chocolate, heavy delightfully wood and a hint of citrus fruit that lights up in the middle of the heavy notes. 

Palate: Fat creamy caramel and honey sweetness with orange peel, oak cask and coffee notes. 

Finish: Long, powerful, intense.
