The Savanna distillery is located at the foot of the Piton de la Fournais volcano, on the shores of the Indian Ocean.
Rum has been produced there by hand from sugar cane juice and molasses since the 19th century.
The Savanna 5 Years Old Traditionnel Reunion Island Rum matures for 5 years in French oak cognac barrels.

Colour: Light amber.
Nose: Fruity, notes of mangoes, pineapple, passion fruit, almonds, marzipan.
Taste: Rich, soft, tropical fruity, notes of anise, saffron, curry.
Finish: Long lasting.
