Andrew and Brian Symington founded the independent bottler, Signatory Vintage, in 1988.

In 2002, Signatory Vintage was enlarged with the acquisition of the Edradour distillery.
This whiskey matures for 25 years in a sherry cask and is bottled with its natural coloring.
