Slyrs FC Bayern München Champions Malt Whisky 40% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

The Slyrs whisky distillery was opened in 1999 and is one of the largest single malt whisky producers in Germany.
The name of the distillery Slyrs is derived from the Schliersee and a monastery in Bavaria.
The barley required comes from the north of Bavaria.

This special edition of Slyrs is dedicated to FC Bayern Munich, a soccer club in Munich, which was founded back in 1900.

The malt is aged for three years in American white oak barrels before receiving its finish in former wheat beer barrels.
A whiskey that could not be more Bavarian.

Tasting notes:

Color: Light amber.
Nose: Fruity of ripe pears, bananas, slightly malty notes.
Palate: Mild, pleasant malty aromas, fruity of bananas, honey notes.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy, mineral.
