The Smokehead UNFILTERED Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is a strong and characterful bottling from the rugged whisky world of the Scottish island of Islay. It is produced by Ian Macleod Distillers, who target lovers of intense, smoky whiskies with the Smokehead brand. The addition of the Unfiltered label makes this edition particularly authentic: bottled without chill-filtration, it retains all the aromas and full texture of the malt.
The Smokehead UNFILTERED impresses with its distinctive peat profile, which is typical of Islay, but is nevertheless interpreted in a modern way. At 46% vol., it is strong enough to develop its complex aromas, yet remains harmonious and accessible. The stylish packaging with gift box (GB) underlines its rebellious character and also makes it a real statement whisky visually.
