The Springbank 10 Years Old Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky 46% vol. 0.7 l is a true classic from the traditional Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown - one of the last remaining distilleries in this historic whisky region. Every bottle is crafted to perfection, as Springbank is one of the few distilleries in Scotland that carries out the entire production process, from malting to bottling, entirely on site.

For this ten-year-old whisky, the malt is first kilned over a peat fire for 6 hours and then over hot air for 24 hours. This creates a fine, balanced smokiness that harmonizes perfectly with the fruity and malty notes. The raw spirit is distilled two and a half times, a typical process at Springbank: double-distilled whisky is combined with triple-distilled raw whisky to create the ideal balance between depth and elegance. The whisky is matured in 60% ex-bourbon casks and 40% sherry casks, which gives the whisky its multi-layered structure and aromatic complexity. 

Tasting notes:

Color: Bright gold.

Nose: Lively and cereal with oily notes of gooseberries, mango, vanilla, grapes and honeycomb.

Taste: Full-bodied with cereal, malt and fruit notes, accompanied by oat flakes, heather honey, toffee, nutmeg and cinnamon.

Finish: Long, salty and lingering with characteristic Campbeltown sea notes and a hint of fine peat smoke.

The Springbank 10 Years Old is a whisky that unfolds its full depth on its own or with a splash of water.
