The real showstopper is its colour: poured neat, the gin appears in a deep, near-black blackberry hue, drawing inspiration from the idea of "La Bestia Negra" - the Black Beast. Add tonic water, and the liquid shifts dramatically into FC Bayern's signature red, turning any gin and tonic into a small piece of theatre.

Eleven carefully chosen botanicals make up the recipe, with juniper, blackberry, red clover and lime forming the core of the flavour profile alongside classic gin spice notes. Each batch is produced in limited quantities - only 2,500 bottles of this edition were made - preserving the handcrafted quality behind every pour. Tasting Note

In the glass, the gin shows a deep, almost blackberry-black colour that dramatically shifts to FC Bayern red once tonic water is added. On the nose, expect juniper and blackberry alongside fresh lime, floral hints and a touch of herbal character. The palate is layered and harmonious, combining juniper, blackberry and red clover with bright lime and refined spice. The finish is long, fresh and well-balanced, carrying both fruity and spicy notes through to the end.
