Shinobu blended whisky is produced in Niigata.
Niigata is a major city at the mouth of the Shinano River and one of the largest port cities in Japan.
The word 'Shinobu' means 'forbearance' in Japanese.

Shinobu Whisky is a blend of whiskies aged in former sherry and bourbon casks.
Master Distiller Mr. Usami selects the noble drops and unites them in a Japanese Mizunara barrel where they receive the finish.

The bottling is done without artificial colors.
