The Lost Distillery AUCHNAGIE Classic Selection 43% Vol. 0,7l in Tinbox

The Lost Distillery Company is an independent distillery that aims to bring old whiskies back to life with the help of historical documents and research. For these whiskies, young and old casks are used to create 15-18 year old whiskies. The first Lost Distillery bottling is from the Auchnagie distillery. In the meantime, this distillery was also known as Tullymet Distillery. 

Auchnagie was located in the small village of Tulliemet near Ballinlueg in Perthshire. Auchnagie comes from the Gaelic (Achadh na Gaoidhe) and means "the wind in the fields". Auchnagie was built in 1812. 

The last time whisky was produced at Auchnagie Distillery was in 1911 and it was demolished a year later.
