The WhistlePig distillery was founded in 2007 on an acquired farm and officially opened in 2015 after extensive renovation work. Master Distiller Dave Pickerell developed custom-made copper stills especially for the distillery, which are now in continuous operation seven days a week.

This premium rye whiskey comes from Alberta, Canada, and is characterized by aging in new American oak barrels, followed by a final finish in bourbon barrels.
