The innovative production method is particularly noteworthy: the alcohol is removed using reverse osmosis – a particularly gentle process that largely preserves the delicate aromas, fruit, and fragrance of the original wine. The wine is pressed through a membrane at high pressure, separating two liquids: an aromatically concentrated solution and a mixture of water and alcohol. The alcohol is removed by heating and then topped up with water to the desired volume. The natural cork closure underscores the quality standard and sets this alcohol-free sparkling wine apart from many comparable products.
