Made from 100% Glera grapes, this Prosecco comes from the controlled cultivation area in the Veneto region, specifically from the DOC area around Treviso – one of the most renowned zones for high-quality Prosecco.

The grapes for the LIDO Prosecco Brut are harvested in the cooler morning hours to optimally preserve freshness and aroma. After a gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a second fermentation in pressure tanks using the Charmat method. The result is a lively, finely sparkling Prosecco with refreshing fruit, a clear style, and youthful elegance – ideal for uncomplicated enjoyment with a touch of dolce vita.

In the glass, Canella LIDO Prosecco presents a light straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. Fragrant aromas of green apple, Williams pear, white blossoms, and a hint of lemon unfold on the nose.
