Since its foundation in 1851 by Charles-Camille Heidsieck, the Charles Heidsieck champagne house has stood for excellence, pioneering spirit and uncompromising quality. The Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve is an exquisite cuvée that has been composed with precision and passion. It combines the three classic grape varieties of Champagne - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay - in a perfect balance. An outstanding feature of this champagne is the high proportion of 20% reserve wines, which are on average five years old. This gives it an extraordinary complexity, depth and maturity that sets it apart from other champagnes.

Tasting notes:

Fine rosé in the glass. A fruity nose of sweet summer fruits such as strawberries. Very velvety and soft on the palate with aromas of peaches, spiced bread and cinnamon. Long-lasting and well-structured on the finish.

Drinking temperature: 8-10°C.

This champagne goes very well with poultry but also as an aperitif.
