Champagne Taittinger is a world-renowned champagne house that has been family-owned since 1734. This champagne house owns 260 hectares of vineyards. The house is located in Saint-Nicaise in Rems, where the champagnes mature 18 meters underground in the chalk cellar. This dates back to Roman times.

Taittinger Prestige Rosé immediately stands out with its shimmering and intense color. A rosé assemblage is delicate and expensive. This champagne owes its color to the secret of its creation: Still red wine from the best Pinot Noir wines from the Montagne de Reims and Riceys is added to 15% of the final blend, giving this cuvée not only its incomparable color but also a mouthwatering intensity on the palate. The high proportion of Chardonnay (30%) rounds off the blend and gives Taittinger Prestige Rosé the fine elegance typical of Champagne Taittinger. 

Tasting notes:

An intense, vibrant pink color. Fine bubbles. Persistent foam. Fresh and young on the nose with berry aromas of wild raspberries, cherries and currants. Velvety and full-bodied on the palate with fresh, crisp berry aromas.

An ideal aperitif or subtle accompaniment to fruity desserts such as tarts, fruit salads or berry gratins.
