Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2024 is an elegant, fine sparkling wine from Veneto that perfectly embodies the Italian art of enjoyment. Produced by the traditional Villa Sandi winery, which has stood for the highest quality and style for generations, this vintage Prosecco combines freshness, lightness and aromatic depth in a unique way.

The cuvée consists of the Glera and Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grape varieties. While the Glera grape provides the typical freshness, floral notes and liveliness, the Pinot Nero brings fine fruit aromas, delicate rosé tones and structure to the wine. The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Veneto region, where calcareous and mineral-rich soils and the Mediterranean climate create ideal ripening conditions. After gentle pressing, the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, which gives the Prosecco its fine and persistent perlage. With 11% alcohol by volume, Il Fresco Rosé stands for elegance, freshness and pure joie de vivre.

Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Rosé 2024 shines in the glass in a delicate salmon pink with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of red berries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by white flowers and a hint of citrus. On the palate, it is light, fresh and harmonious, with a fruity body and gentle, invigorating acidity.

Residual sugar: 10-12 g/l

This Prosecco Rosé is ideal as an aperitif and is an excellent accompaniment to starters, fish dishes, sushi, fresh salads or fruity desserts. It also impresses on its own with its elegance and refreshing effervescence. The ideal serving temperature is 6-8 °C.
