The Castle Gin is obtained from a re-distillation of various botanicals.
In addition to bitter oranges from the estate’s own castle garden, juniper and other citrus fruits are also added.
Colour: Clear.
Nose: Floral aromas, juniper, lavender, lemongrass.
Taste: Juniper, lavender, lemon notes.
Finish: Long lasting, fruity, bitter orange.
