Tasting

the colour is intense with amber and golden highlights. The nose offers a myriad of pronounced fruity, floral and spicy aromas that are rounded off by notes of candied orange, prunes and white flowers such as jasmine and iris. Ageing imparts the grappa notes of cinnamon and hazelnut. The overall sensation is one of an exquisite grappa of great elegance.

Ageing

this new Barolo grappa is enhanced by a cask finish, the final period of cellaring in barriques used to age Barolo wine.

Distilling

the “Carlo Bocchino” pot still. This grappa is the fruit of the work of nature, time and traditional craft skills.
