ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE 

COLOUR: very intense, brilliant and transparent golden yellow. 

BODY: clean, fragrant with hints of toasted hazelnuts, vanilla, raisins, candied fruit. 

TASTE: soft and round where the enveloping notes of the alcohol and the pleasantly astringent characteristics of the wood are in perfect balance. The finish reserves delicate nuances of hazelnut and tropical fruit.
