Aged 12 months in barriques. Refined and elegant, it has a scent reminiscent of bread, vanilla and pastry.

Discontinuous with head and tail cutting, in copper steam stills.

BOTTLING
Bottle in transparent glass 100, 350, 700 and 2000 ml. Manual for the 6300 ml capacity.
TASTE SENTATION
The varieties in barrique should be served at room temperature in a wide balloon shaped glass.
TASTING
Refined and elegant. Notes of chocolate and newly shelled almonds.
Primary Product
The pomace, collected when it is fresh and soft, is selected from Chardonnay grapes from dedicated production zones.
Fermentation
Under vacuum in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature, immediately
followed by distillation in order to avoid harmful secondary fermentations.
Ageing
12 months in barriques in the Nonino Ageing Cellars, under seal and permanent surveillance by the State and Monopoly Agency.
100% Distilled with artisanal method
Batch method with head and tail removal, in particular and exclusive copper steam stills renewed by Benito Nonino. Distillation takes place very slowly to allow the volatile components, responsible of the fragrances, a proper evaporation and the consequent condensation preserving the precious organoleptic characteristics of vine variety chosen.
Sensations
Slightly amber for the rest in barrique. Refined and elegant, it recalls the scent of bread, vanilla and pastry. In the mouth a scent of chocolate and just shelled almonds.
It should be served at about 12°C or in an icy open tulip shaped glass. Before tasting, Grappa should rest in the glass for some minutes: taking oxygen the fragrances are exalted and the nose-palate harmony is completed.
