The Warenghem distillery in Lannion, Brittany, is widely known for its unpeated Armorik single malt, which delights many enthusiasts. For some years now, however, the distillery has been expanding its range with the limited production of a heavily peated malt with a malt specification of 50 ppm. This special whisky is bottled under the name "Yeun Elez", which refers to a nearby raised bog that was historically used for peat extraction and thus symbolizes a close connection to the region.

In collaboration with David Roussier and Master Blender Erwan Lefebvre, an outstanding single sherry Oloroso cask was selected especially for the German market. This "Vibrant Stills" bottling shows how the heavily peated, fruity character of Yeun Elez harmonizes perfectly with the fresh, rich sherry notes.

The result is a whisky that impresses with depth, complexity and a unique combination of smoke and fruit - a delight for connoisseurs and explorers alike.
