The cherry juice concentrate, made from fresh, fully ripe sour cherries, is diluted with prepared drinking water, alcohol and sugar and is given its unmistakable taste through further refinement.

Two handfuls of sun-ripened sour cherries give the liqueur its unmistakable freshness with the noble fiery-sweet note.
