Dark ruby red in the glass. In the nose fruity of ripe sour cherries, cocoa notes. On the palate elegant, sweet, well structured, pleasant tannin, juicy sour cherries.
“Districtus Austriae Controllatus” is not the former ruler of Pannonia, but the legal nickname of quality wines typical of the region. The Neusiedlersee DAC is a fruity and spicy red, and one of the winegrower’s personal favourites.
