The Sibona Distillato di Birra 2.1 craft beer spirit is a high-quality spirit distilled from hand-brewed, unfiltered Italian double malt beer (doppio malto) in copper stills. It is then matured in stainless steel containers. The beer spirit clearly bears the characteristics of the double malt beer that serves as the base product. 

The numbers 2.1 in the name stand for the double malt beer (2) and the license number (1) of the Sibona distillery, which is known for traditional craftsmanship and the highest quality.
