This St Lucia Rum is a blend of 6 to 9 year old rums aged in ex-Bourbon and Port barrels.
The rums are distilled in Coffey style.

Colour: dark mahogany.
Nose: sweet sultanas, vanilla, hints of red and black fruits.
Taste: Balanced, complex, sweet, brown sugar, chocolates, candied fruit, oak wood, tropical spices.
