Bayou Rum Bayou Reserve Select Barrel Rum 40% Vol. 0,7l

Bayou Reserve Select Barrel Rum is made exclusively from sugar cane grown in southern Louisiana. The cane is pressed at the oldest mill in the USA, and the resulting molasses is distilled in copper pot stills.

The rum is matured mainly in Bourbon barrels using the Solera process. This Reserve expression spends 3 years in Bourbon barrels, again using the Solera method, before it is bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.7l bottle.

It picked up a Silver award at the 2019 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco, and its amber colour reflects its time in the barrel.
