This legislation guarantees that the Bottled-In-Bond Bourbon is distilled at 50% in a single distillery during a single season and aged under government supervision for a minimum of four years—in this case, a full seven years, three years longer than required.

The mash bill consists of 51% corn, 39% rye, and 10% malted rye, resulting in a distinctive high-rye bourbon with a spicy character. 

Aging takes place in heavily charred American white oak barrels, where an intense barrel char imparts additional depth to the spirit. The absence of chill filtration preserves the full spectrum of flavors. The result is a complex Straight Bourbon Whiskey Batch 0002 that harmoniously blends vanilla, toasted oak, sweet caramel, and subtle baking spices. Behind the brand are Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, known from the US series The Vampire Diaries, who poured their passion for high-quality bourbon into this distinctive bottling.
