Since its foundation in 1860 in Novara, Italy, Campari has been renowned for its distinctive recipe of herbs, bitter oranges and selected botanicals, and continues to shape international aperitif culture to this day. 

With the Cask Tales series, Campari is breaking new ground by combining the classic bitter with innovative cask maturation. This edition is finished in selected rum casks, adding extra depth and a pleasantly smooth texture to the characteristic Campari style. The result is a successful combination of Italian aperitif tradition and the warm influences of former rum casks. Tasting Note

Colour: Intense ruby red. 

Nose: Bitter orange, herbs, vanilla, subtle oak notes and delicate rum cask aromas. 

Palate: Bittersweet with orange, herbs, vanilla, caramel, oak and harmonious rum cask notes. 

Finish: Long-lasting, smooth and balanced with lingering bitterness, vanilla and subtle woody nuances. 

Campari CASK TALES Bitter Rum Barrels Finish tastes superb neat over ice with a twist of orange, or as a base for a Negroni, Boulevardier, Americano and Campari Soda. It also pairs well with soda water, tonic water or fresh orange juice.
