Produced from Quebranta grapes, considered the most valuable variety for the production of Pisco, and left to rest for 6 months. To produce one liter of Pisco Hermano Quebranta, 6.5 kg of grapes are used.
Profile: On the nose it has a fruity aroma with nuances of citrus and peach. On the palate it has a moderate sweetness. Pleasant and soft.
