Tement is primarily known for its high-quality white wines, but with Verjus Rosso, the winery offers an exciting alternative to vinegar or lemon. Verjus, also known as "green juice", is made from unripe grapes and has been appreciated for centuries as a gentle acidifier in the kitchen and as a refreshing drink.
