This bottling is an evolution of the classic wines Cabernet and Alicante and follows through the winemaker Fabrizio Moltard a synthesis of elegance and freshness.

The name derives from the river Fonte dell'Anguillaia, which flows through the winery.

Tasting notes:

Ruby red with purple reflections in the glass. 

On the nose an intense and complex bouquet with notes of wild rose, wild berries, marasca, currants and fine spices.

Fresh and balanced on the palate with an elegant juicy note. 

Long lasting on the finish.

Grape varieties: 33% Cabernet Franc, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Petit Verdot.

Aging: steel tank.
Acidity: 5.70 g/l.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C.

A perfect companion to fish soups or meat dishes.
